When you want a cocktail that has a little bite then a Moscow Mule is a great selection.  This drink is traditionally made with Vodka, lime juice and Ginger beer, but given the variations of sugar content and flavor profiles of different ginger beers I suggest going a different route.  I always like my drinks to be consistent and by using Liber & co. Fiery Ginger syrup and club soda you can control the exact taste of your Moscow mule.  I usually mix my syrup with lime juice at a 50/50 ratio which makes it easier to mix into the drink.  However, you can adjust this to your taste and add more or less syrup depending on how much ginger flavor you would like.  Once you find that perfect ratio then your drink will be the same each and every time you make it.  More importantly this drink is infamous for being served in very cool looking cooper mugs that always is a delight when serving guests (and they keep the drink very cold).  A very good and refreshing drink with a bite.  Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.Cheers and enjoy!!!!

Great tip with the ginger syrup! I’m not a huge fan of ginger beer, so this sounds like a terrific substitution. Will be trying!

Thanks Aaron. It strikes the right flavor profile for me. I will also use the fiery ginger syrup again. Stay tuned
